JAMIE BRIGHT
OWNER & CRO (CHIEF RELAXATION OFFICER)
A licensed esthetician and certified in Oncology Esthetics, Jamie Bright has practiced in the industry for 40 years. She is a graduate of the Von Lee International School of Esthetics. Jamie was Director of Skin Care at the Richard Oulette Salon of Newport Beach, California. For 31 years, she was the owner of Skin Care Institute (Winner of Best of Howard County many times). She currently owns Brightwater Spa offering a variety of services to a loyal following.
CATHY MARTELLO
SPA DIRECTOR
A native New Yorker, Cathy has lived with her family in Columbia for the past 37 years. She joined the Brightwater Team as Spa Director. Customer Service is Cathy's top priority as she welcomes guests with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Cathy takes pride in ensuring that the daily operation of Brightwater runs smoothly with both guests and staff enjoying their time at the spa.
KELLY ANDERSON
PARAMEDICAL ESTHETICIAN
A native of Howard County, Kelly was educated at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She graduated from Von Lee International School of Esthetics in 1995 and graduated from the Paramedical Esthetician School in 1996. Kelly has worked with Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists over the years. She has been working with the Brightwater Team for 25 years. Kelly specializes in the treatment and care of anti-aging and acne conditions.
MARTHA FOLEY
ESTHETICIAN
A native of Howard County, Martha was educated at Catonsville Community College and University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus. She became a licensed Make-Up Artist in 1976. Martha attended the Von Lee International School of Esthetics in 1985 and began her salon career the following year. She has worked in the Esthetics field for 29 years, 20 of those at Brightwater Spa. Additionally, she has received her certificate for Oncology Esthetics.
SHANNON ROSS
NAIL TECHNICIAN AND LASH ARTIST
Shannon is a licensed Nail Technician and Lash Artist whose many loyal clients will book appointments months in advance to ensure a session with her. Shannon has been a part of the Brightwater Team for more than 18 years. She is a life-long Howard County resident.
AMY LEE
ESTHETICIAN
Amy has been a Licensed Esthetician in Howard County for 25 years. She enjoys the spa life and it shows with each and every one of her clients. Amy also offers Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Reflexology, Chakra Balancing and Intuitive Reading to help bring peace to her clients.
JENNIFER FORD
MASSAGE THERAPIST AND ESTHETICIAN
A native of Howard County, Jennifer graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2001.She also holds an esthetician license. One of her favorite services to offer is a Facial followed by a Massage, allowing her clients to fully relax. Jennifer also specializes in Hot Stone Massage. She has been working with the Brightwater Team for 19 years.
PATRICIA STENNER
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Pat graduated medical board certified from the Baltimore School of Massage. She also studied Therapeutic Animal Massage. Pat studied Chakra Energy with Arlene Kline. She received her Nursing Certification from Community College of Baltimore County. With additional education, Pat has added pregnancy, geriatric, cancer and hospice massage. She is a master in both USUI and Kundalini Reiki. Before joining Brightwater Spa, she spent 15 years working as a Chiropractic Assistant and Massage Therapist.

NANCY BERG
USUI/TIBETAN REIKI MASTER TEACHER
Nancy has been practicing Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing since 2004. She is a member of The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), Howard County’s Business Women’s Network (BWN), and a Gilchrist Hospice Care Volunteer. She has offered Reiki sessions to students at The Wellness Center of Howard Community College since 2012. Nancy has increased community awareness of the benefits of Reiki in partnership with conventional medicine and complementary modalities by creating a sense of well being to all who seek wholeness in a compassionate environment.
JUDY TEMPLETON
NUTRITIONIST
Judy is a certified Integrated Nutritionist and Holistic Health coach and Counselor from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She has been in the health field for 40 years as a fitness and dance instructor, personal trainer, recreation coordinator and hostess of radio and television shows in health and fitness. Judy’s journey in the healing arts evolved from her role as a teacher and student of the performing arts and has been inspired by her desire to lead an extraordinary life. This was further enriched by her determination to create vibrant health for her daughter. She has mastered the disciplines of vitamin supplementation, herbs, dealing with food allergies, organic foods and optimal nutrition. She loves to promote healthy habits.
EBONI ADAMS MONK
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Eboni is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) certified by Gogo Guru Yoga in Ellicott City. She has over 25 years of experience in holistic living and has studied Reiki and the art of Sound Healing. Eboni enjoys using yoga asanas (postures) for their relaxation and restorative benefits and also as a tool for deep self-discovery. She integrates meditation, pranayama (breath) and sound energetics to cultivate strength in the body, focus in the mind and a long-lasting heart-centered experience. Her desire is for others to discover their natural gifts and live transformative lives.
